Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Agreement Terms

J&D TECH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY ORDER, TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT, OR TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, WITHOUT NOTICE TO CUSTOMER, AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, AND RECEIPT BY CUSTOMER OF A J&D TECH QUOTATION, PRICE LIST, OR CATALOG DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFER TO SELL. ALL SALES BY J&D TECH ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON CUSTOMER'S ASSENT THERETO.  CUSTOMER WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY ISSUING A PURCHASE ORDER OR BY ANY OTHER STATEMENT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, VIA E-MAIL), ACT, COURSE OF CONDUCT, DEALING, OR PERFORMANCE CONSTITUTING ACCEPTANCE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FAILURE TO OBJECT IN WRITING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME OR BY ACCEPTANCE OF AND/OR PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.  ALL PURCHASE ORDERS OR SIMILAR ORDER INSTRUMENTS ISSUED BY CUSTOMER WILL BE GOVERNED ONLY BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND ANY ADDITIONAL AND/OR INCONSISTENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT, PURCHASE ORDER, OR ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FROM AND/OR PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER ARE EXPRESSLY REJECTED.  NEITHER J&D TECH’S DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS NOR PROVISION OF THE SERVICES NOR ANY OTHER ACTION, CONDUCT, OR PERFORMANCE SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OR CONDITIONS DIFFERENT FROM THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 

License

Unless otherwise stated, J&D Tech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on J&D Tech. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from J&D Tech for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from J&D Tech
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from J&D Tech
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from J&D Tech
  • Redistribute content from J&D Tech

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. J&D Tech does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of J&D Tech, its agents and/or affiliates.
