At J&D Tech, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of undamaged products within 30 days of receipt. The following rules apply:

  • Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service team (support@jndtek.com) to let us know your problem. We will take quick and appropriate action to assist you.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Established proof of purchase is required.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • J&D Tech reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items.

 

Refund

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. For non-quality related returns, if our Quality Control team think items are not in new condition, we may not be able to issue a full refund. 

Once returns have been inspected, refunds will be returned to the original method of payment and the estimated time is 3 business days from the receipt of your return in our warehouse.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

A: Yes. Gift recipients may return eligible gift items to our warehouse. Refunds for gifts will be issued as a J&D Tech online credit, redeemable at www.jndtek.com.
